 his
34-unit two-bedroom condominium project was designed by the Architect
to look unlike a condominium, by placing the units in small buildings,
with no units over other units except in one large building on the
direct waterfront, and by designing each unit with different external
features and varying siding. The units were also placed in a staggered
configuration, so as not to have any long common exterior walls. The
occupants of this project enjoy a private beach, water views and a
very private location. |
