his third house designed and built by the Architect for himself as a client returns to a radially-framed structure built on exposed solid granite ledge, but this home is in the overall form of a half circle facing south, composed of four pie-shaped sections with varying roof heights and floor levels to enable natural light to penetrate into the center of the interior by means of narrow strips of clerestory glass. The overall shape is divided into a bedroom half and a kitchen-dining-living half. The straight, double insulated north wall contrasts with lots of glass around the daily path of the sun on the south side. This home shares a common feature of homes by the Architect in that the kitchen, dining and living areas constitute one continuous flow of space.<br>
